About us

Why are you called RelaksoHome?
Relakso means relax in the Esperanto language. We wanted to convey comfort and relaxation and reach as much people as possible with a language able to convey easily our values. Therefore, we decided to use the Esperanto language, a communication system that makes this concept understood globally.
Is RelaksoHome brand available in stores?
Not yet. Please note we  ship to many countries. If your country is not among our shipping list, please contact us . We are currently working on a network of distributors worldwide. What is the Oeko-Tex Standard cerification?
All of our home textile are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. This is because OEKO-TEX® is a registred brand that tests for harmful substances and chemicals that are either prohibited or regulated by law and known to be harmful to our health. This way, we ensure our products are tested and comply with regulations. OEKO-TEX® also tests for color fading and acidity as a precautionary measure to safeguard health at every stage of production. This way, the final client is sure to get quality.

Orders

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
What about Custom policy?
Any custom charges for goods delivered outside the European Union are to be satisfied by the customer.
What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to an existing order, you will need to place a new order as we do not store your credit card information and therefore, cannot process changes once your order is placed. If your order was not sent yet, you will be able to recover the shipping fees of the initial order, if there were any. Please contact us to know more.
How do I place my order?

– Click on the section and category of your choice.

– Click on the item you are interested in. You will then be able to view detailed information of the item, such as pictures, name, reference, complete description, price, available sizes, composition and care. Once you have chosen your desired product, click on the “add to cart” button. The selected item will be added to your shopping cart. To buy multiple products, follow the same procedure.

– You can review your selected items by clicking on the cart icon, located on the upper right side of the page. Then, your shopping list will appear with all the selected products. At this stage, you can review your cart and add or delete items.

– If you have a discount code, you must enter it in the designated box and click on “update”. The total price and shipping rates that appear on the right side will be adjusted accordingly.

– To complete your purchase, click on “Check-out”.

– At this point, you will be asked for the payment method of your choice.

– Enter the required data to complete the purchase. The datas required include your name, delivery address and the required fields of the method of payment of your choice. Once done, click on the “Proceed to Payment” button.

– You will then see your purchase summary and order confirmation number. This information will also be sent to the email address provided.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the item  received, RelaksoHome allows you to exchange or return the item within a fifteen (15) day period, counting from the date of reception, in the case that the item has not been used or damaged and is found in its original packaging, in the same conditions it was received. RelaksoHome does not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and must include a duly completed delivery note or return form.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs on orders made out of the European Union and are unable to provide a label or reimburse for international return shipping charges.

When will I receive my refund?
The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from reception of the returned item at RelaksoHome. Once the the returned item is inspected, the customer will be notified by e-mail that the refund is under way.
What is your return policy for products with a manufacturing defect?
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the return costs of the items will be at our expense.

How to log into my account?
You can login by accessing the link “Login” above on the right on our online store.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password by accessing the “Account details” section from your account.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
You can recover your password through this link.
How can I delete my information?
In accordance with European GDPR law, you have the possibility to delete or modify your data at any time. To do this, access your “My Account” located on the top right.
You can change your address information in “Addresses”, change your password, ID and VAT number in “Account Details”. If you want to delete your full profile and user data, you can do so by accessing “Privacy Tools”.
NOTE: Keep in mind that even if you delete your account, your past invoices will continue to be kept in our servers for the numbers of years required by law and tax authorities.
Is it possible to receive news and offers by email?
Of course! To make sure you are notified first of new items and offers available, subscribe to our email list. For this, just click on our “Join our email list” button at the bottom of our Home page.
How can I stop receiving news and offers by email?
In every email you receive, there is a link at the end that allows you to unsubscribe at any time.

Where does RelaksoHome ship to?

The products offered can be shipped to the Member States of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal ,Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden and the United Kingdom.

As well as in Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Australia and United States.

We can also ship to other countries, but for this, a special quote for the shipment must be made individually. Contact us for further details.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery estimates depends on each country of destination. Once your package is sent, you will receive a notification email informing of its tracking status.
If I wasn’t home during a delivery attempt, what can I do?
There are two delivery attempts. If you were not home during one or both of them, the carrier should have sent you a notification by email and/or have left you a note in your mailbox with information on how to get your package. Undelivered packages are usually left in the nearest Convenience Point. Contact the carrier for more information.
How much does shipping cost?

Depending on the value of your order and country of destination:

  • For orders to Spain (Península & Baleares) and Portugal (Península) under 99 €, shipping costs are 6.95 €. *
  • For orders to Spain and Portugal of 99 € or more, the shipping costs are FREE. 
  • For orders to European Union under 99€, shipping cost are of 14,95€.
  • For orders to European Union same or higher than 99 €, the shipping costs are FREE. 
  • For orders to EEUU, Canada or Switzerland under 299€ the shipping cost will be calculate in the checkout page.
  • For orders to EEUU, Canada, Switzerland or Australia same or higher than 299 €, the shipping costs are FREE.

For orders to Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Russia and Serbia the shipping cost will be calculate in the checkout page.

Other countries, please don’t hesitate to contact us through the online chat or email info@relaksohome.com to know what the shipping cost is and you will receive a response asap.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Are your prices in EUR?
All the prices on our site are in EUR and our payment system processes orders in EUR. The conversion rate to your local currency will  be dealt with through your bank or credit card. Please note that we are not responsible for the changes in exchange rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship all over the world! You can head to the checkout section of the site and enter your address to see if we ship to your location, and how much it will cost to get there. The products offered are distributed in the member states of the European Union:  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal ,Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden and United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for exchanges or returns for international orders.
